About
Nemak Romania
Nemak Romania operates dedicated HPDC facilities in Pitești and Scornicești, featuring 21 aluminum die-casting cells ranging from 420t to 2150t and covering the entire value chain, from casting and machining to automated robotic assembly. Serving more than 20 customers, including leading automotive OEMs, the Pitești site received Ford’s prestigious Q1 Award in 2025 and achieved LEED Gold Certification in 2025.
Nemak Romania also operates a well-equipped internal laboratory for porosity inspection, 3D measurement, chemical analysis, tomography, welding and riveting tests, as well as tensile and strength testing.
