A particular strength of this plant is the production of highly integrated e-housings. Through intelligent component integration, we enable weight reduction, fewer interfaces, optimized installation spaces, and reduced assembly efforts. The result is high-performance, cost-efficient, and sustainable solutions for the electric mobility of the future.

With our patented CPS® sand casting technology, fully automated core production and assembly processes, and state-of-the-art process monitoring, we lay the foundation for the highest quality and efficiency. In the production process, we rely on advanced gravity and low-pressure casting methods, through to thermal desanding, solution annealing, cleaning, and deburring. All process steps are optimally coordinated. This is complemented by comprehensive quality inspections and in-line X-ray inspections.
