Nemak Pilsting

Nemak Pilsting combines modern casting, machining, and assembly technologies under one roof. After the casting process, our aluminum structural castings are further processed using state-of-the-art automated methods. The post-processing phase includes automatic pre-grinding, solution annealing, automatic straightening, aging, automatic grinding, and machining. In addition, we perform the automatic assembly of attachments such as Riff Bolts and Heli Coils to provide ready-to-install components with the highest precision.

Furthermore, we are continuously expanding our manufacturing capabilities to include highly automated assembly and joining processes. These include the automatic assembly of sheet metal parts, automatic bonding, automatic punch riveting, and automatic spot welding. Camera-assisted automatic quality control ensures that all components meet our customers’ high standards.

By combining innovative manufacturing technology, comprehensive process expertise, and consistent quality assurance, we deliver sophisticated structural components and assemblies directly to our customers—reliably, efficiently, and with verified quality.
