Nemak Izmir

Founded in 1955, was acquired by Nemak in November 2016. Nemak Türkiye operates in the Izmir Atatürk Organized Industrial Zone; It produces powertrains and various engine parts for the world's giant industrial companies using Injection Casting, Gravity Casting, and Low Pressure Casting techniques.

Nemak Izmir, features a diversified portfolio of production technologies, including Gravity Sand Permanent Mold (GSPM), Rotacast, High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC), and Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC). These technologies enable the production of complex and high-performance aluminum components tailored to customer requirements. In addition to casting, Nemak Izmir offers fully integrated heat treatment, machining, and assembly capabilities, ensuring end-to-end value creation and consistent product quality. The site is supported by its own in-house tool shop, enabling flexibility, faster industrialization, and continuous process optimization. Located in Izmir, Türkiye, the facility serves leading OEM customers.
