Monterrey, Mexico, May 18, 2026 – Nemak announced that multiple operations in Mexico have achieved certification under the Aluminium Stewardship Initiative (ASI) Performance Standard V3.1 (2023). Additionally, the Company's aluminum value chain has been certified under the ASI Chain of Custody Standard, supporting its responsible manufacturing and sourcing practices.
The ASI Performance Standard certifications cover Nemak México's HPDC, Machining and EMC operations, as well as Plants 1 & 2 and Plants 3 & 4 in Nuevo León. The ASI Chain of Custody certification extends to Plants 1 & 2, Plants 3 & 4, Plants 5 & 6, PDC, HPDC, Machining and EMC.
Together, these
certifications demonstrate Nemak's alignment with internationally recognized
standards for responsible aluminum production and material traceability.
