SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT Nemak welcomes the Nanjing plant in China

Dear Nemak team: Nemak is proud to announce that it has successfully completed the last step in the acquisition of a group of facilities of Teksid by having closed the acquisition of the Nanjing operation; dedicated to the production of high-tech aluminum auto components. By incorporating this facility’s operations into the Nemak system, we are consistent with our industry’s market trend towards more competitive products that require continuous technological innovations, greater manufacturing efficiencies and the ability to share global platforms.

With this new and talented workforce, Nemak will continue enriching our worldwide system and together with our current operations will focus on integrating our businesses and on becoming a key player in the most important automotive markets: Europe, the Americas and Asia.

As a team, we need to coordinate effectively and work together towards the development of a better and more efficient single company. We will leverage our differences by discovering and implementing best practices across our company and strengthening our operating expertise.
