Located 40 miles east of Birmingham, Alabama, and founded in 1999 it consists of two facilities with different production technologies: Lost Foam and High Pressure Die Casting. Both with machining capabilities and quality control equipment.

Nemak Alabama employs around 700 people; it has a total production capacity of 1.1 million equivalent units per year and serving customers all over North America.
